| I was particularly excited to add BUSTER WILLIAMS to my roster because it was his big, earthy sound that anchored several of the early 70's recordings by Herbie Hancock, Joe Farrell and others that first brought me into this music. One of the truly great bassists in the history of Jazz, Buster has performed and recorded with a veritable Who's Who of Jazz greats representing a wide array of styles. His own stellar quartet SOMETHING MORE draws from a small pool of top musicians who love to play with Buster, including PATRICE RUSHEN on piano, LENNY WHITE on drums, STEFON HARRIS on vibes, and STEVE WILSON on sax.
